Another difficulty for small businesses in having a website is ongoing maintenance and support. For small businesses without Information Technology staff, it may be difficult to know where to turn if there is a problem. All of the websites I design and develop come with one year of support and maintenance. Maintenance includes ongoing updates to content (up to 20 hours, additional time may require additional fees) and automatic updates to any scripts used on the website such as contact forms, referral forms, and website traffic analysis tools. I’ll also monitor your domain name(s) to ensure they are renewed when necessary and review website traffic and errors for any irregularities to make certain that any problems which might arise are corrected quickly.
